My Workouts: Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown Level 1

Here's the yoga video I was telling you about! I did it this morning in my living room with no mat, since my dogs chewed mine up. It worked great and I am definitely feeling the burn. I looked up the calories burned for my weight in one 35-minute session and it says I burned over 400 calories! Now that's what I call a workout.
