I've always had a fairly active sense of wanderlust, but nothing calls it out of my bones quite like summertime. Now is the season of adventure and wandering, and I'm just here. Matt and I have planned an epic cruise with our friends to the Bahamas this August, but I'm so antsy to see everything that one new place a year doesn't seem like enough. In order to satiate this gnawing restlessness, a new blog series has been born!
Airbnb Wanderlust is a series of posts dedicated to real homes rented out to tourists by real people across the globe, found on airbnb.com by yours truly. Most places will be under or around $100 a night. That way, if you actually want to go there, you could hypothetically save up enough money in the near future to do so. Let the adventure begin!
Doesn't this tiny apartment garden seem like the perfect place to relax after a long day of sight-seeing? At $120/night, it is a little more than I would normally spend, but the garden seems like a rare thing in a city as large as Paris. Here's what the host has to say:
"Verry nice at summer, the flat is very calm and you can be wake up by the sound of birds."
Look, even his English is charming.
What do you think? Would you stay here?

That is quite the scenery there. Having a lot of green around the apartment makes it very relaxing and makes you feel in touch with nature. Apartment gardening is a good way to unwind while making your apartment look even better.
